Re: Undefined PLC Messages
Where do I get a copy of the file then? As I said this was a clean install in January so I would expect it just to work. If I update to the latest how do I keep all my settings?

Recovering information from CNC7
Can anyone help with where to find the information on machine set up (turns per rev and spindle speeds) from an old CNC7 install? I think I have everything about right on the replacement Allin1DC / CNC12 install but worth checking now I managed to recover the disk. The total install is too big to at...

Re: Undefined PLC Messages
[Here is the report.zip
For clarification this was a fresh install from the latest CNC12 V5.10 install shield on a new PC. Neither the PLC nor the message file have been edited, o it looks like an error in the install shield.

Re: WMPG-6 jogs in reverse direction
I will get a report to upload, but this is on an Allin1DC board with the latest version of CNC12 running. Initially I thought it might be related to having to reverse the motor direction on X and Z as I had not got the Y motor back in. Now I have it is the same on the Y with the motor in the normal ...

WMPG-6 jogs in reverse direction <parameter set incorrectly>
Hi, Finally made some progress on my upgrade. I got all the axis motors up and working and configured for the right directions. However using the jog buttons on the MPG-6 sends the axis in the opposite direction to the ones on the VCP. i.e. correct on VCP but inverted on MPG. I can't find any inform...

Manual error?
Hi, working through the bench test using the latest release of the manual and I have found an anomaly between the text and the illustration. On the Drive Bus allocation section the text says to set parameters 300, 301 and 303 i.e. skipping parameter 302, however the figure 4.1.7 shows that 300,301 a...

Encoder issue - counting wrong direction? <answered>
HI, One of the encoders (Z axis) on the machine I am retrofitting did not work, I bought the machine as a non working one. I have fitted a new Tamagawa OIH-48, which is what the other two have been upgraded to. I tested the system today and the encoder seems to count backwards. i.e turned anti-clock...
