I’m a little confused. I did go into the .hom file and setup code
To find the zero mark on the motor encoder for accurate homing. So I’m not scared to play in one of these files if you care to elaborate and dumb it down just a little I’ll make it happen.

Thanks for the help guys. It was the limit settings that need adjusting. Got another thing that needs adjusting. This is a gang lathe. It stops after each tool is finished and ask for the next tool. I press cycle start and it uses the next tool and when it's done it ask for the next tool again. I wa...

Help first part

The Spindle OK wire is going to IN5. I'm guessing it's looking for com for OK?
Do I need to configure IN5 for this. I have my X & Z zero marker signals on IN6 and 7 that why I ask?

VFD Drive ready/reset

I'm almost ready to make chips! I have a Hitachi WJ200 VFD that I have all setup except for the drive ready signal to Acorn and the drive reset.
I have the drive all setup to do this I just need to hook it to Acorn. Can Acorn take a drive ready signal and can it reset the drive?
